The Straight Path

Verily, this Quran guides to that which is most just and right and gives glad tidings to the believers who work deeds of righteousness, that they shall have a great reward (Paradise). (Quran 17:9).

And this Quran is not such as could ever be produced by other than Allah (Lord of the heavens and the earth), but it is a confirmation of (the revelation) which was before it [i.e. the Torah and the Gospel], and a full explanation of the Book (i.e. the laws decreed for mankind) --- wherein there is no doubt --- from the Lord of the Alameen (mankind, jinn, and all that exists). (Quran 10:37).

And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger (Muhammad, peace be upon him) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers' way, We shall keep him in the path he has chosen, and burn him in Hell --- what an evil destination. (Quran 4:115).

And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers. (Quran 3:85)

Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (Peace be upon him) said, There was no Prophet among the Prophets but was given miracles because of which people had security or had belief, but what I have been given is the Divine Revelation which Allah has revealed to me. So I hope that my followers will be more than those of any other Prophet on the Day of Resurrection. (Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 9, Hadeeth No. 379).
